What joining the waitlist means
Joining the waitlist asks us to confirm your signup and let you know when Hunnie Homes becomes available. It does not create an account, reserve access, guarantee an invitation or launch date, or begin a property-management or other service relationship.
Who may submit
You must be at least 18 years old and able to submit an address you control. Do not enroll another person without permission. If you submit on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to make the request for that organization.
Using the waitlist fairly
Please provide accurate information and do not misuse, disrupt, or interfere with the website or waitlist. We may reject or remove signups that we reasonably believe are unauthorized, fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful.
Signing up more than once with the same email address does not create extra places or priority. Answering the optional survey does not affect your place on the waitlist.
Communications and removal
By joining, you ask us to send a confirmation and updates about Hunnie Homes becoming available. This is not a general newsletter subscription or a promise of access. You may stop future launch messages or ask us to delete your waitlist information at any time.
Availability and changes
Hunnie Homes is still in development. We may change, pause, or end the website or waitlist, and we may update these terms for future signups. We will keep the effective and updated dates visible.
No purchase or product transaction
The waitlist is free to join. It does not offer subscriptions, payments, rent collection, tenant screening, electronic signatures, or any other product transaction. Any future Hunnie Homes service will have its own terms and disclosures.
A work in progress
We provide the website and waitlist as they are available and cannot promise that they will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing on this website is legal, financial, housing, screening, or property-management advice.
Limits
To the extent allowed by law, Hunnie Homes is not responsible for indirect or unexpected losses caused by using the free website or waitlist or relying on an expected launch, invitation, or availability date. These terms do not limit rights or responsibilities that the law does not allow us to limit.
