About this notice
This notice explains how Hunnie Homes handles information collected through this website and our waitlist. Right now, the website lets you learn about Hunnie Homes and join the waitlist; account signup and product services are not yet available.
Information we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address and information about when you signed up and whether our emails were delivered.
You may also choose to answer a few short questions about the rental homes you manage and the work that takes most of your time. The survey is optional.
We may temporarily process basic device and connection information to keep the site working, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot problems. We do not add that information to your waitlist entry.
The website uses an essential security cookie for the waitlist form. We do not use advertising cookies, targeted advertising, product analytics, or session replay.
How we use information
- Confirm that you joined the waitlist and let you know when Hunnie Homes becomes available.
- Manage the waitlist and make sure our messages reach you.
- Use optional survey answers to better understand the people interested in Hunnie Homes and how they manage their rentals today.
- Protect, maintain, and troubleshoot the website.
We do not use the waitlist as a general newsletter, create product credentials from it, sell the information, or share it for targeted advertising.
When we share information
We use service providers for hosting, email delivery, site security, monitoring, and other basic website operations. They may process information only as needed to provide those services to us.
We may also disclose information when required by law, when reasonably necessary to protect Hunnie Homes or others, or as part of a future sale or transfer of the business. We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising.
Retention and deletion
We keep your waitlist information until you ask us to delete it or until it is moved into the launched Hunnie Homes service. After that move, the privacy notice for the launched service will explain how it is handled.
When we complete a verified deletion request, we remove the related waitlist and email-delivery records from our active systems. Limited records may remain for a time in backups or with service providers under their normal retention practices.
Your choices and requests
You can join the waitlist without answering the optional survey. You may ask what waitlist information we hold, correct your email address, delete the record, or stop future launch messages.
Send a request from the address concerned, or otherwise provide enough information for us to verify the request, to privacy@hunniehomes.com. We will not ask for product-account credentials because the waitlist does not create an account.
How we protect information
We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect the information entrusted to us. No online service or method of storage can be guaranteed completely secure.
Changes and contact
We may update this notice as the website and waitlist change. When we do, we will update the date above and keep a record of the version that applied when you joined.
